EBC Brakes Bluestuff NDX brake pads and GD sport rotors were installed on a Mustang GT in a Week To Wicked presentation on episode five of the popular Mustang news and reviews channel. The car brake products that comprise an EBC S6 brake kit were installed on the Mustang GT on the show.

The Mustang360° Week To Wicked show was presented by Mark Houlihan on 19th January 2018 in association with Muscle Mustangs, Fast Forward magazine and the Mustang360.com network. On The Week To Wicked program a stock ride car is used in the build to create a highly modified street thumper in just five days. The ingot silver coloured 2013 Mustang GT was purchased from Florida with 81,974 miles on the clock, a low milage considering the car has been on the road for five years.
The build began on January 15th 2018 and there were daily video updates, which also included some FaceBook live sessions (www.facebook.com/mustangmonthlymag), where you get a behind the scenes look at the build, video segments and a gallery, which is also hosted on the Mustang-360.com website.
The EBC Brakes’ direct fit S6 kit includes GD Sport rotors which have a thermic black coating for a long lasting, corrosion resistant finish. The rotors are dimple-drilled to help with pad degassing and the slots not only help cool the temperatures of the pad contact but help remove dirt, dust, debris and water from the braking area and help maintain a flat pad surface of the brake pad set.
For pads, the Mustang GT was fitted with EBC’s Bluestuff NDX race pad range. These are excellent for track applications, a huge advantage is their ability to bite from cold and the progressive brake feel and the capacity to bring a car to a complete stop.
