The popular YouTuber opted for the EBC Brakes Racing product on his sports coupe
The EBC Brakes workshop team recently headed to the breathtaking ‘Shmuseum’ – the home of YouTuber Tim Burton, aka Shmee150’s impeccable supercar collection on the outskirts of London.
Here, an EBC Brakes Racing six-piston Apollo Big Brake Kit was installed to Tim’s trusty BMW 1M project car – a process which was heavily publicised in a video recently released to his YouTube channel.
The aim of this BMW 1M is to build it up as a ‘clubsport’ occasional track/enjoyable road car, with choice modifications that will help retain the refinement of the factory machine, whilst offering up more capability if Tim decides to go for a spirited drive.
The EBC brake kit is the perfect choice for this brief; with Bluestuff NDX pads to help offer unrivalled braking performance on both road and track.
Other upgrades already carried out to the 1M include a Quaife ATB differential and Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S tyres – helping Tim to prepare for an upcoming road trip to the Nürburgring in the car.
