Ric ‘Crash’ Clements – recovery pick-up driver for the WMRRA motorcycle association – is proudly sporting EBC Brakes products on all four corners of his recovery vehicle

Washington state-based Ric ‘Crash’ Clements has been a household name in the local motorcycle racing community for many years now – providing a friendly face and a helping hand in his faithful pick-up truck out on track in times of need.

Working for both the Washington and Oregon Motorcycle Road Racing Associations (WMRRA and OMRRA respectively) since 1987, Ric’s been using EBC Brakes products on his recovery vehicle for over 12 months, successfully helping him to carry out his duties of bringing crashed riders to safety at a number of race circuits and events.

As well as being impressed with the performance and longevity of EBC Brakes’ components, Ric also sings the praises of the UK- and US-based community of EBC staff members that help bring these products to light – a group whose knowledge and passion for performance braking help to set them apart from the rest.

Ric gives us his thoughts as he begins preparations for another busy season of action in 2020:

“I wanted to thank EBC Brakes for sponsoring me, and supplying me with such a great product. I am still shocked that EBC is willing to support a track support vehicle.

“EBC Brakes has proven that the company, staff and products are the best. Your brakes, quality, performance and longevity are simply amazing; I am honoured to have ‘EBC Brakes’ on the side of my truck.

“So far for 2020, I will be working for both the Washington and Oregon Motorcycle Road Racing Associations (WMRRA/OMRRA), and hopefully Motor America when it comes to the Ridge Motorsports Park circuit in June.

“Honestly, in 33 years of doing this job, this is the first off-season where I don’t have to fully replace my brakes.

“Thanks for the support!”
